Yolanda Lau is an entrepreneurship consultant and advisor, educator, board member, and serial entrepreneur focusing on the future of work and the future of education — at Punahou School, she is an alumna, current parent, and faculty with Punahou’s Case Accelerator for Student Entrepreneurship (CASE).
At Punahou School, Mrs. Lau teaches creative coding and entrepreneurship classes. At CASE, she is developing real-world project-based curricula in entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, computer science, data science, storytelling, and other future of work competencies.
Having spent her career in entrepreneurship, Mrs. Lau has founded many startups. In 2015, she co-founded a consulting company, FlexTeam. In 2019, she participated in TechStars LA with Liquid, a B2B SaaS future of work fintech company spun out of FlexTeam.
Mrs. Lau graduated from Punahou School in 1998 and has two Bachelor of Science degrees from MIT. She also has an MBA and has taken graduate-level coursework in negotiation, conflict resolution, and artificial intelligence. She has written for Forbes and serves on several boards of non-profit and for-profit institutions.

This year, Mrs. Lau teaches BOS (Businesses, Organizations. And Society), Project Accelerator, AI Expeditions, and Art of Entrepreneurship.
